August 9 to 13, 2023  –  Hours: Wednesday check-in is from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm  End time: Sunday 1:00 pm

This retreat combines exploration of one or more discourses of the Pali Canon with silent retreat practice. Each day will be devoted largely to silent meditation, with morning study periods and opportunities for individual and group reflection. The retreat also includes sitting and walking meditation, dharma talks, work meditation, and Q&A.

• Requirements: Attended at least one, 3-night (or longer) silent Insight retreat.
• Your application and $100 deposit must be received by 4/30/23 to be entered in the lottery. Applicants will be notified about 2 weeks later if they have been Accepted or are on the Waiting List. Subsequent applications will be added to the Waiting List. Your deposit will only be charged if you are accepted to the retreat and cancel after 7/19/23.
