In a departure from the usual IRC retreat format, this retreat will combine silent retreat practice with an exploration of the teaching on the Elements as a support for both insight and concentration. This approach will include textual contemplation, small-group interaction, and guided meditations in addition to silent practice.

• Requirements: Attended at least one, 3-night (or longer) silent Insight retreat.
• Your application and $100 deposit must be received by 4/14/23 to be entered in the lottery. Applicants will be notified about 2 weeks later if they have been Accepted or are on the Waiting List. Subsequent applications will be added to the Waiting List. Your deposit will only be charged if you are accepted to the retreat and cancel after 7/3/23.
