IRC is looking for a new volunteer Webmaster to help maintain and improve the platform (IRO) that supports our online retreats. Serving in this role is a beautiful way to support the wider sangha, helping to keep our online retreats accessible to thousands of participants around the world.

• Skills needed: Ideal Dharma practitioners for the role need programming skills using Ruby on Rails. They will need to be able to integrate new code, as well as troubleshoot and test without disruption to current functionality. Excellent communication skills are a necessity.
• Time commitment: Approximately 5–15 hours/month of volunteer time.

This is a high-responsibility volunteer role for someone who can integrate new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role would be performed from one’s own home.
